Knitwear on this label is summer knitwear. Fine gauge rib, cotton blends, sleeveless vests and crop tanks meant for an air conditioned office in August rather than for February. Even the heavier looking pieces, the oversized collared sweaters and the dolman sleeve dresses, are mid weight at most.
Rib knit stretches both ways, so the fit here forgives more than anywhere else in the range. That cuts the other way on the long styles. A knitted bodycon with a slit follows every line it is pulled over, and the spec bullets usually say how much give the yarn has.
Washing knit
Cold water, no spin, dry flat. A fine rib vest hung wet on a hanger grows through the shoulder and does not go back. The shrugs and ponchos suffer worst because all the weight lands on one seam.
What layers over what
Sweater vests sit over the shirts from the tops section. A cropped shrug covers the strap of a cami dress for a day indoors. The blazers are cut looser than office tailoring and read as a jacket over a tee rather than as half a suit.
