Notes on men's line
Most people who find this brand never see this part of the store, because it sits behind the dresses and gets none of the promotion. It is built on the same logic as the womenswear. Cotton jersey tees with a printed graphic, loose drawstring shorts, a few button down shirts in stripes and colour blocks, and two piece sets where the tee and the shorts share a print.
Denim here means jorts and raw hem shorts rather than jeans, cut wide and distressed on purpose. The swim trunks are the standard drawstring board short in tropical and checkerboard prints, quick dry polyester with a mesh lining. There is one knitted sweater, a pair of formal socks and a couple of mesh and sequin pieces aimed at a club night.
How it fits
Loose by design. Oversized tees, baggy shorts and wide leg trousers are the house cut, so the usual advice about sizing up does not apply the way it does on the womenswear. Chest and waist measurements still come from the chart image rather than from the letter on the label.
The two piece sets
A matching tee and shorts under one size code. They photograph as a holiday outfit and wash as two separate cotton pieces, which is the sensible way to treat them. If the top and the bottom of you take different sizes, buy the separates instead.
